AM/FM

AM/FM is the ONLY band in America (that we know of) that brings the absolute best ROCK of the 70s back to life... completely LIVE. It's like watching 70s classic rock radio! AM/FM plays the songs other bands don't dare attempt to play! This is no average bar band... AM/FM gives you a true rock show!

The band is made up of four stellar performers with world-class credits who play and sing everything live. Unlike most acts, there are no backing tracks or tapes augmenting the band's performance. The members of AM/FM are professionals who regularly record and tour with the best in the music industry.

AM/FM plays the best of the rocking AM hits and the FM hits that crossed over. From Foreigner to Boston, 10cc to the Partridge Family... with a bunch of your favorite one-hit-wonders thrown in for good measure... an AM/FM show definitely has something for everyone who loves 70s classic rock!

Zachary Throne taught himself drums at age 12, then guitar, piano and bass. He has had recurring roles on Beverly Hills, 90210 and Party Of Five. He also does voiceover work, currently providing voices for the Nickelodeon series Avatar.

On bass, guitar and vocals, Zach has recorded and/or toured with Susanna Hoffs, Vonda Shepard, Joan Jones, Robert Bradley, Jerry Cantrell, Anthrax, Laura Dawn, Pearl Aday, Mother Superior, Jason Luckett and Jamie Walters from The Heights. He has also worked as a session vocalist for television and film, having sung the Greg Brady vocals for the films The Brady Bunch Movie and A Very Brady Sequel, and sang the theme for the television series Grace Under Fire. Currently, he plays lead guitar with Cody Carpenter and does various session work.
