Dance Factory's incredible energy and electrifying sound showcases nine of the most talented performers to come out of the Northwest music scene. Their dynamic presentations of dance hits of the 1970s through the 1990s excites audiences and keeps them on their feet wherever they perform.

Chrissy Williams: (Lead Vocalist)
Chrissy has been singing in the Seattle area with local bands for seventeen years, including Programs, Airplay and The Sign. She has been writing songs for an original project that has produced two original CDs. Her versatility has allowed her to fit in on any stage, from Country to Pop to her present favorite, funky Retro-Seventies Disco! Her dynamic stage presence and flashy unique style have entertained audiences of all types, while her voice projects a rich and heartfelt love of her music.
Bobby Gatbunton: (Keyboards/Vocals)
Bobby Gs Bachelors Degree in Piano Performance and Composition from Western Washington University is the foundation for his impressive arranging talents for Dance Factorys colorful vocals and bright, soulful horn arrangements. Bobby is an in-demand session player and commissioned arranger/composer. Currently, he is a professional educator and has been a member of local bands MDA, Valentino, and Future Shock.
Dave Dodge: (Guitar/ Vocals)
As former lead guitarist for Straight Talk, Dave is a veteran player of the Seattle music scene. Daves unique guitar style adds just the right amount of funky feel, while not losing the hard-edged drive and intensity that helps create Dance Factorys unparalleled sound.
Brent Hogenson: (Drums)
A former member of one of Seattles hottest bands, Straight Talk, Brent has toured extensively in Europe and Asia with the groups Trinity and Impala including two years in Hawaii and in London, England. Brent is an in-demand session drummer in both Hawaii and Washington. His level of mastery at the drums adds an element of incredible depth to Dance Factorys sound. His education includes a Bachelors in Music Education, a Masters in Computers in Education, and an additional degree in Educational Administration. Brent currently is the director of bands at a junior high in the Tacoma area.
Scott Mathews: (Tenor Sax)
Scott first started playing saxophone in the late Seventies. Scott has performed in such groups as The Green River Music Company, (with whom he spent some time touring England), the blues/classic rock band All the Rage and he has toured in Alaska, Korea, Japan, Okinawa, Philippines, Guam and Hawaii in the top 40 band, Trinity. Scott is an original member of Dance Factory (Formerly known as The 8-Tracks), when they formed in 1992. Scott is also a licensed Massage Practitioner
Jeff Terada: (Saxophone)
Jeff holds Bachelors in Music Performance from the University of Idaho, and has performed and recorded with various original bands in the Northwest and the South for the last 11 years. Jeff's musical vocabulary ranges from Jazz and Blues to World Music and Pop. In addition to playing in Dance Factory, Jeff is an active Seattle jazz musician, playing weekly at various Seattle jazz venues.
Darryl Pittman: (Trumpet)
A former member of the WWU Jazz Ensemble, Darryl has performed with trumpet great Bobby Shew. Darryls extensive classical training lends a fresh approach to Dance Factorys electrifying horn section.
Jerome Gates: (Bass)
A well seasoned musician, Jerome, (also known as J-Bones), holds down the bottom. Born in Atlanta, hes the newest addition to Dance Factory. Arriving in Seattle at age ten and learning guitar by the age of fifteen, Jerome has performed many styles of music, from Country to Gospel and has worked with a diverse array of entertainers. These include The Steppin' Stones, Jim Knapp, The Clark Sisters, Steve Reid of the Rippingtons, Sam Smith, Edmonia Jarrett, Jackie Lomax, Jeffrey Osborne, Confunction, Rick Osborne, Fat James, Seattle Slim, Bernadette Bascomb and The Impressions.
Manny Cepriano: (Vocals)
Manny, or Nell as we call him, is the freshest member of Dance Factory. Nell has performed with various performance groups including Valentino and Murphys Law. He has been formally trained in vocals, percussion, and dance, all of which he brings to the Dance Factory table of dynamic talent.
