An award winning singer-songwriter originally from Santa Cruz California, Cindy started singing at the age of 10. She toured the western states and Hawaii in a Country showband splitting bills with such artists as Wayne Newton and Ronnie Milsap. Cindy soon turned her attention to original rock music, writing and recording with a number of bands including a stint with Roger Fisher of Heart. Shes written, recorded, and performed with such Northwest greats as Gary Ogan and Epic recording artist Rob Daiker.
Veteran club and session player Kevin Venables has worked in a variety of mediums: radio, theater, dance, and musical groups. After getting a degree in business communications from Portland State University, he worked on the air at several Portland radio stations. Kevin has worked with such local performers as Jim Mesi, Mel Solomon, Ralph Black, and Jon Newton, also performing as a vocalist with the Oregon Symphony Pops and the Seattle Symphony Pops.
Tony Carr has been playing guitar for as long as he can remember. Originally from Troutdale, Oregon, he was a member of two award winning jazz ensembles at Mt.Hood Community College. A serious student of the guitar, Tony studied with Portland composer Bryan Johanson, and classical guitar masters Christopher Parkening and Michael Lorimer. Best known for his authentic rock and electric blues, Tony has performed with many local and national acts and appears on numerous recordings.
Drummer Jerry Jacques moved to Portland from Longview Washington because of the thriving live music scene. A master of all styles, Jerry has played with many jazz, R&B, and rock bands including Body & Soul, Jay Koder, Five Guys Named Moe, 24/7, No Tambourines, High Fashion, Reaction, and the Cindy Young Band.
