Founded by Becky Johnson following a 10 year career as a professional entertainer, the company was built on the valuable insights she gained working "both sides of the microphone." In 1987 and 1988, Johnson was selected as "Outstanding Woman In Music" by Performance Magazine, a major national publication and resource in the entertainment industry.

Today Sterling Talent boasts an artist roster that includes bands, comedians, national acts, interactive entertainment, speakers, novelty acts, and much more. The agency also exclusively represents some of the country's top corporate shows. They  also offer a full range of services, which include consulting, wedding and event planning, catering, theme generation and decoration, and full event production.
